YFO employs a para-professional workforce. 

Our Adventure Based Youth Workers are typically four year trained, with a degree or similar AND adventure guide qualifications.

All staff do 30 hours annual upskilling and a two day course on our evidenced practice framework.

They are expert fun makers and pursue therapeutic change in detail and with flexibility.
